I am currently working at Elkhart Products Corporation, in Elkhart Indiana.

I Provides end user supports on various hardware/software issues; Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Respond to request(s) via telephone, email and onsite request(s) for technical support. Document, track and monitors problem to ensure a timely resolution. Assist routers, switches, and servers support.

I also work for USTC/GAP (Union Station Technology Center/Global Access Point), in South Bend Indiana. Providing remote assistances to various clients/customers. My responsibility are to monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate critical event on systems and applications across the entire data center enterprise. Along with maintaining and monitoring power, cooling, floor spaces (suites) and suppression systems on the data center infrastructure(s).
