I read with an immense interest your posting for Community Manager Position. I am impressed for what you have been doing to develop the tourism industry through space activation as well as in attempt to make a way for local community around the area to grow.

I offer a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Sociology of Development, along with three years’ valuable experiences in development programs gained in either local or international NGO. I’ve recently been working as a socio-economic officer at Catholic Relief Service (CRS) that implementing UNHCR’ project by identifying market condition to support and preserve the refugees’ right and wellbeing by put forward project Socio-Economic for refugees in all around Jakarta great area

My main responsibilities in this project are identifying and monitoring the socio-economic programs to be fit with the works plan and budgets. By researching, analyzing the assessment data from field assessor to optimize social-economic impact on the refugee lives. Reporting to and supporting Program Manager to provide monthly accurate forecasting socio-economic data to be recommended to UNHCR prior they make the final decision.

While, I also part of the team who negotiated with the various stakeholders and related partners such as Indonesian social ministry, Indonesian immigration, Save the Children, and IOM will allow us to effectively and efficiently enhance intervention strategies regarding refugee programs in Jakarta aligned with Indonesian policy.

Prior experience includes positions as a research assistant, which was focused on the ethnographic study in the rural areas in Seram Island Moluccas, to identify the land use management, farmers' social relation and their network in the local market.

Most of the time I have been worked as a team but nevertheless, I am capable of working as an individual. My first language, of course, is Bahasa Indonesia and I am extremely fluent in English, either, writing and speaking. In addition, I used to and proficient using Mc Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

In these capacities, I proved myself as integrity and responsible person who can be depended upon to manage multiple activities. I am confident I would be an asset to your organization.
