Serve as the primary author of various technical and functional documents and project deliverables

Develop agendas, status reports, document and distribute meeting minutes, track action items and risks, and facilitate meetings

Write test plans, create test scripts, execute tests and document test results.

Coordinate user acceptance testing and other user testing efforts by business users.

Perform business process analysis and offer recommendations for customization versus configuration

Interact with business customers (internal and external) to understand and document their business processes and requirements.

Work with development team to design and implement system modifications

Provide direct user support on Bullhorn & Salesforce (and other critical tools and applications) as assigned by Field Operations. This includes

JIRA Cases, telephone and email response to user and business process questions

Conduct training, and create user guides of any changes

Administer Bullhorn and be responsible for data management in the systems. This includes:

Field configuration, automation, and validations

Partner with Field Leadership teams to enhance both systems to support critical business need through a standard software development lifecycle

Maintain data integrity and accuracy of Bullhorn data. Areas of focus include:

Managing duplicate data, data aging, and data accuracy

Ensuring completeness of active data in the system

Provide cross-functional support and manage multiple projects from start to finish as determined by Field management

Optimizations and Migration projects


Maintain reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales & marketing departments to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels

Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure the integrity of business processes and data.
