Responsibilities

As a toll milling in charge, I was given a responsibility to lead the production of feeds to its toll milling plants. I was assigned as in charge in two feed milling plants in Mindanao. Other responsibilities are:

To ensure that production schedules are followed without delay to meet weekly requirements.

To ensure sure raw materials are available and level inventory are sufficient for the whole schedule.

Supervise and monitor the inventory, storage and movement of raw materials and finished feeds inside the warehouse.

Supervise the deliveries/transfer of finish goods from one warehouse to another

Supervise man power, production process and solve issues and problems that might affect the production.

Ensure all machine settings are followed based on standards.

Supervise and monitor the quality of finished goods and make sure everything passed the standards.

Check and verify billings .

Submit daily reports to Production Manager and keep everything documented.

Attends weekly coordination meeting as in charge for toll milling plants.
