Partnered with small team of software developers to build and support appliance based computer security product, TPAM, used globally to automate password change process of 1000s of shared accounts for 100s of global companies. Collaborated with technical support group to ensure customer satisfaction with TPAM. TPAM is a security hardened appliance running MS Windows 2008 and SQL Server 2008 r2 with a web based GUI.

·Created tables, triggers and stored procedures that provide majority of appliance functionality. Most every user or automated service interaction goes through database via a stored procedure call.

·Extensive work with SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2008r2 developing User Defined Functions, Triggers and Stored Procedures to handle all incoming data from web based front end, command line interface and limited web services while optimizing performance and efficiency.

·Acted as subject matter expert for another team of developers that were creating replacement product for TPAM based on newer technology and became familiar with newer technologies such as RESTful API, etcd key value store, Agile development methods, and Cassandra NoSQL database.

·Provided primary development and support for user session recording and playback feature of TPAM.
