PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Enterprise Imaging Platform area deals with serving different lines of business like Cards, Bank, and Installment Loans and caters to enterprise archival / retrieval requirements for multiple systems/vendors. This platform will be enhanced to deliver various business functionalities - Real Time Retrieval, Batch Archival, Batch Ingestion and Batch Extraction with Document Management capability tool API’s - using P8, CMOD, Image Services Enterprise Content Management Tool, Amazon web services and it will provide to its customers, a unified experience for managing their content on a standard, highly scalable and stable Enterprise Imaging (EI) Platform. Enterprise Imaging Platform (EIP) exposes few operations via Web Service to its External Systems. Snowbound Viewer and Enterprise Image Content Navigator allow viewing the statements. Ingestion system accepts the content coming from source systems, staged in Content Staging Area (CSA), ingestion process takes places to commit the document in CMOD, P8 or IS. The Batch Extraction will deliver capability for Batch requests extraction of documents and other external System document will be migrated to Enterprise Imaging System. This program has capability of document hold, archiving, auditing and compliance assessment. This System is being enhanced to have migrated over AWS (Amazon Web Services) Platform with using AWS API, Dockerized Container concepts and legacy platform content/data migration to cloud storage – S3 bucket.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Rajneesh has been playing the role of Technical Architect and Senior Developer and analyzes the current business process from different units of Enterprise Imaging System and System is getting enhanced with high ingestion rate and extraction capability and also to migrate the platform over Amazon Web Services to support various online on-Demand Request with higher Volume. Rajneesh participates in requirement gathering meeting with business users, business analysts and other stake holders and Identify the GAPS in the requirements as per the prescribed business flow and he creates detailed System design based on the functional understanding document. This includes Use case diagrams using UML tools, Class Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams and review the conceptual design to ensure that the planned technical approach meets the requirements. Rajneesh implements content management functionality (high ingestion and extract capability) using P8 Suite of Products; CMOD, FileNet Image Services, Java API’s, Amazon Web Services the and also he defines the business flows for multiple participants’ work using business process management modeling, defining the complex routing conditions, business rule implementation in flows, and document integration with flows. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

FEPS (Front End Pharmacy System) project deals with processing of Pharmacy prescription and processing which could come in Mail orders and channel order (Phone, Web, Fax). Mail orders are stacked through Document preparation, Batch preparation, scanning. Client (workstation) will interact with the middle tier using HTTP post or WIN HTTP mechanism. All the physical images pertaining to contents of envelope will be stored in FileNet. Universal Viewer allows viewing the work order. Based on protocol different type of processing categorization application will involve. The different application which uses this as Middle tier component - makes sure that all the protocols have been raised for a work order will be resolved completely. FileNet Content and Business Process Management will be used for Imaging Services and Work Flow services. Workflow is collection of queues (Header Entry, Order Completion, Admin Protocol, Suspend/Resume Mechanism, and Channel Service) where work order will be created and with other component required processing.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Auto & Home Claim Department wants to reduce operational expenses and improve overall loss results. Most claim adjusters are working at capacity. Temporary staff, overtime, or additional shifts are sometimes needed to supplement the overflow of administrative work in the office. In some states, fines can be levied against the company if processing timeframes are exceeded. An application Transaction express (Trexo) interacts with FileNet P8 Content Manager (to store Meta data), Process Engine (as a workflow platform) and uses FileNet Image Services for content storage. Transaction expresses stores application level data in an Oracle database. The application provides the different type of report functionality depending upon the complexity.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The International Product Database (IPOD) is used as a central repository of all products marketed by MetLife International. It is used to store details of products and track their approval process for pricing and repricing. It captures the product development cycle across the international and home office organizations. This allows MetLife to comply with Federal Reserve requirements that requires documentation standards for financial products, communication and documentation. Currently IPOD was a Lotus Notes database, which has a lengthy process due to data volume, and lotus notes limitations. The product development cycle and process may be delayed several days due to replication processing. The application also has some limitations due to Lotus Notes. The new This application will provide the ability for the international MetLife community to create, update and view product development throughout its life cycle. This web based IPOD application will also allow a decentralized entitlements model where each country will be able to determine and maintain the accessibility of their data. The application will help ensure that the international product team is able to meet all defined RAPID model SLA’s and accountability for international product management for each country. The Application has been developed by using Content Engine Capabilities (Document Lifecycle, Storage Policy applied to store the Document Content).
