Quality assurance at Future Applied Computer Technology (FACT) which is software company for the Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB), Amman – Jordan, in

(16/11/2014– Present) :

I am working in a software quality department which consists of both quality assurance and control members that mainly perform two major roles of software quality;

"Quality Assurance Role" which related to build project process and standards as a prevention defect phase,and the "Quality Control Role" which relating to perform and execute testing life cycle process activities starting from understanding the business, test planning, designing test scenarios then ending with test reporting and system with an excellent quality that we call it a detective defect phase.

I am working as quality assurance for banking systems in different projects for Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB), our work concern on understanding the business requirements document (BRD) and analyzing it to build test cases which is include all the possible cases,after we start testing the product

/software in full test cycle to produce a benefit test report to indicate that this product/software is ready for the user acceptance test (UAT), to make sure that it is with good quality to go live after that test.
