SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of circuit analysis through electric circuit classes and CMOS Analog Circuits
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as developed through technical reports, presentations and collaborating with peers
Experience with programming software-hardware co-design with C and System C. Knowledge includes SoC design through Quartus II 14.0 and Altera Eclipse for DS-5
Proficient understanding of PC infrastructure and good knowledge on using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Extremely comfortable with use of basic lab equipment which include oscilloscopes, function generators and multimeters through Electric Circuit labs
Good understanding of component datasheets from using certain parameters for analysis and deriving certain parameters when developing a circuit
EDUCATION BACHELOR OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING RYERSON UNIVERSITY 3.28 GPA 2014 – 2018
ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS/PROJECTS
CAPSTONE DESIGN PROJECT SEPT 2017 – APRIL 2018
Designed an intelligent mouse for disabled persons from the neck down with the use of two PIC microcontrollers (one base station and one head device)
Head device is implemented with an accelerometer sensor and the head device is wirelessly transmitting data to the base station through uni-directional communication (SPI Protocol)
Base station is connected to the PC through USB HID Protocol. Base station also includes most of the “smart” algorithm which tells the PC to move the mouse in a certain direction based of the accelerometer data from the head device
DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING ENF PROJECT NOV – DEC 2017
Implemented several signal processing techniques to extract Electric Network Frequency information from audio signals as a means of media authentication
Studied DFT and FFT algorithms and compared the two in terms of computation speed
Ran several MATLAB tests to observe the difference between two different audio signals (which are relatively similar) with and without preprocessing the data
MULTIMEDIA DESIGN PROJECT OCT – DEC 2017
Designed a multimedia system using ARM M3 LP1768 Chip on MCP1700 Board
Programmed an image player that displays .bmp files (converted files through GIMP)
Implemented an audio player through USB protocol with a volume adjusted potentiometer
Designed a simple game onto the LCD of the board and the UI of the entire system
TECHNICAL SKILLS Java C System C VHDL Assembly Code MATLAB MULTISIM MS Office Cadence Quartus
