AV/VTC Technician/Sr. Production Engineer

Provide on-site audio-visual and video teleconferencing (AV/VTC) technical support for the Command and Control Support Agency, a division of the Headquarters of the Department of Defense

Recommend emerging AV/VTC technologies to the program manager and government core personnel for purchase

Assist DOD VIP end users and other government employees by providing help-desk support via phone, email or in-person

Troubleshoot any AV/VTC issues that arise in any of the 27 conference rooms along with the Auditorium within the Mark Center(Conference Center)

Coordinate with vendors, building maintenance, network ops and other groups during upgrades and installations within the Mark Center

Escort visitors such as external programmers and vendors within the Mark Center and assist them during site-surveys and other various tasks

Track orders and current equipment while updating inventory as needed
