Customer: Rosewood

Project Description: a 300 + rooms and suites, in a 5 stars luxurious Hotel in the North side of Riyadh.

Main Challenge: One of the most challenging projects, due to the engagement of many stakeholders (Main contractor, Electromechanical contractor, consultant, customer, Operator, Sub-contractors). Integrating the systems, Resources, communications, was the main challenges.

2.Project Name: JODP Project, Jabal Omar Development Project, Phase I.

Customer: JODP

Project Description: 10 Towers, distributed into 5 x 5 Stars Hotels, and Operated by different Operators (Hilton Suites, Convention, Conrad, Hyatt, and Marriott)

Main Challenge: having different systems specifications, coming from different Operators, when I, as project manager, was trying to make my deals with the vendors, and preparing my team on a specific technology. The main Key of success that I had the chance to negotiate and convince the operators to go with a unique vendor. The tight budget obliged us to have a long negotiation with the vendors to have a high discount.

3.Project Name: King Abdullah Port (KAP)

Customer: National container Terminal (NCT) and EMAAR.

Project Description: King Abdullah Port is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s newest port facility, located in King Abdullah Economic City. It is a full-service commercial port with a highly strategic location. The Port will deliver world-class service by means of state-of-the-art computer systems and a highly experienced staff.

Project Description: a housing project of 700 Executive Villas, for Aramco, the main Oil Saudi company, and the ministry of petroleum and minerals.

Main Challenge: the main challenge was to find the certified resources for this project and this customer.

Project Description: Saudi Investment Bank is one of the banks operating in Saudi Arabia.

IT Scope, Solution and Vendors:

Providing a Telephone system solution for the Head office and branches (Mitel)

Duration: 2 years

Main Challenge: Project coordination, finding human resources to work remotely outside the Normal banking Operation hours.

6.Project Name: Tawuniya Insurance
