IAE is a platform to integrate the existing shared portfolio of ten electronic systems used for awarding and administering federal financial assistance and contracts. Project involves building robust UI to enable data entry for Assistance Listing, Opportunity and Collective Bargaining Agreement(CBA), implementing business validations and workflow.

Responsibilities include:

• Management tasks such as delegation, mentoring, backlog grooming with product owners, team velocity management and coordinate with different vendor teams to communicate any changes or concerns.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up and sprint retrospective meetings.

• Implement Front End UI using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development(BDD) using CI/CD pipeline.

USDA – NRCS, NEST (National Easement Staging Tool) - This is a web based application that tracks the progress of National Resource Conservation Service’s easements. It allows NRCS to manage their program application and agreement data.

Owned and managed the entire project and was the subject matter expert for this project. Responsibilities included

• Performing design, analysis and development of the site using Java and JavaScript.

• Interacting with clients and understanding complex process for all programs

• Translating requirements to business workflow.

• Creating various reports required for quick overview of fund allocations. US NRC, NRC Ethics Management - This is a web based system which tracks electronic filing of the financial disclosures and other records automating their legacy paper based process. Responsibilities included

CEHD Official Website - This was a AJAX driven dynamic website built using PHP and ModX CMS for both student and staff use that displayed courses, events, staff lists and other information. It included sub sites for staff where they could edit the course information. Awards and Recognition

1st Prize Hackathon 2015

Developed prototype tool - Interactive Disaster Information and Volunteer Registration Portal with FEMA.gov API data for REI in 4 day event using Angular JS and d3.js library. This tool provides a display of natural disasters on an interactive map with graphical summary of expenses and aid provided by FEMA along with a registration portal for volunteers.

As part of 6 people team responsibilities included

• Analyzing the data from various FEMA.gov API.

• Designing the functional aspects and interpret data in visual format

• Massaging data in required format to showcase graphs using d3.js

• Dynamically change page content based on map selection e.g. showing top news from google/FEMA news based on disaster or map clicked on map.
