• Lead pipe stress engineer to do pipe stress static & dynamic analysis as per B31.3 for Ethylene, Methane & NRU Cold Boxes in Wheatstone, and Asia Pacific LNG projects for Bechtel. Used Caesar II, WRC 107/297, FE Pipe/Nozzle Pro and Compress software.
• Design 72 inch diameter Aluminum and stainless steel custom pipe flanges as per ASME Section VIII Division 1 Appendix 2 with Compress software for Wheatstone LNG project.
• Combine client Caesar II model with our Caesar II model, reviewing and commenting on combine pipe stress analysis for interconnecting piping with Cold Box.
• Qualifying centrifugal pump nozzle loads according to the limits allowed by pump vendor and API 610 with Caesar II in Propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plant for CTCI.

• Design stainless steel horizontal pressure vessel 8 feet diameter and 20 feet length at 80 psi with compress software as per ASME Section VIII Division 1 in CTCI project.
• Preparing custom pipe specifications for Smart Plant 3D (SP3D) in Smart Plant Reference Data (SPRD).
• Using Smart Plant 3D (SP3D) and Smart Plant Review to locate steel for pipe support location in 3D model.
• Lead pipe stress engineer for vacuum insulated pipe, jacketed pipe and pressure vessel design for variety of LNG projects like in Darwin, Australia and Freeport, Texas. Some of LNG lines were 30 inches in diameter and more than a mile long analyzed with Caesar II.
• Modeling and analyzing the 26” x 30” jacketed vacuum insulated pipe with expansion joint buried piping with Caesar II in Freeport LNG terminal, Texas.
• Evaluate technical bids, review supplier design against data sheet, code and customer requirement.
• Checking nozzle allowable loads for fix & rotating equipment like exchange, air cooler, heater, compressor, pump, turbine.
