Project Details

Client: City Union Bank ltd

Environment: JAVA, SQL.

Project Description

The project was to develop an online business banking application for city union bank, this application enable their business customers to access their accounts with the bank via online (internet). The project involved supporting production as a quality control analyst, testing new enhancements before implementation into a live environment. This application allows customers to access their accounts through Web Portal using a Login-Id and Access Code. The client can access Checking, Saving, Loan and Investment accounts. The user is allowed to change the Personal information and Access Code. This application also provides other functionality like Transfer Funds, Summary Report and Payment options to the User.

Responsibilities

Performed manual and functional testing on various parts of the application and used Quality Center for defect tracking.

Performed manual testing to conduct backend testing using SQL Queries.

Created Stored Procedure and Views, Indexes, SQL joins and Sub queries

Created test cases for various modules in MS Excel and exported them to Quality Center for Test Case Management.

Involved in reviewing complex SQL queries, views, functions and stored procedures and spotting issues before/during code migration.

Experience in performing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
