Designed for Processing Handling of 40000BOPD, associated Sour Gas of 120MMSCFD, Able to handle 12000BWPD. Designed for handling production from 30 slots. This Facility categorized as follows

(i) Gas/Oil Separation, Oil Processing & Export Section.

(ii) Gas Treatment & Incinerator Section.

(iii) Utilities and Auxiliary Section.

(iv) Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) and associated systems.

Heavy Oil Production Facility (HOPF) at Umm Niqa: For KOC, Schlumberger Constructing and Maintaining a Heavy Oil Production Facility at Umm Niqa area in North Kuwait for testing, processing and Heavy Oil reservoirs. Designed for Processing Handling of 23000BOPD, By using CHOPS(Cold Heavy Oil Production with Sand) method &handling production by 30 Inlets from Multiple Wells. Containing 2 parts (i) Oil Train & (ii) Water Train.

Monitoring & Reviewing Sub-contractors Quality, ITP Documents.
