Executed Plan of Care given by the Physical Therapist. Performed specific treatments geared towards each patient's needs in an Outpatient setting. Treatment included but was not limited to performing Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, Soft Tissue Massage, Traction (both cervical and lumbar), Hot and Cold packs, and Exercise. Supervised both the Licensed and unlicensed Aides, making sure the Physical Therapist's Plan of Care was carried out to the specifications. Each patient exercised accordingly and received the proper treatment that was necessary for their program to achieve their successful outcome. Various types of manual therapy, along with education and demonstration of home exercises for new patients on their second visit to the facility aided in the successful outcome for each patient. Encouragement and reassuring each patient throughout their therapy sessions consisting of 12 visits 3 times a week for 12 weeks.
