Assisted in production of enrollment projection figures by performing short-term and long-term analysis of enrollment forecasting trends relative to school capacity (using birth rate and other data) to support enrollment services upgrades, historical trends, and quality assurance.

Contributed to correct prediction (.002% margin of error) of overall student enrollment target, 53,107 students (relative to 52,102 actual enrollment for 2016-17 school year).

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:

Recommended integrated LEAN process improvement principles to streamline enrollment processes for greater departmental efficiency, following benchmarking of other districts’ best practices, consultation with all department team members, the Director of Admissions, and the Director of Continuous Improvement.

Optimized capacity maximization by recommending right-sized classroom counts within existing schools (compliant with the reduced class size State mandate contained within the Washington State Supreme Court’s McCleary et al. v. Washington decision).
