ENGINEERING PROJECTS
IEEE SoutheastCon 2019 Hardware Competition Fall 2018 - Present o Testing sensors and designing algorithms to control an autonomous robot collecting debris around Earth’s surface for my senior design team
Wired & Wireless Precision DC Motor Control December 2018 o Used quadrature decoding and fine-control positioning to control the speed, direction and position of a DC Motor via serial communication and wirelessly via MQTT messaging o Had the best class demonstration
NBA Shot Clock November 2018
o Designed and implemented a real-time 24-second NBA shot clock emulator that successfully counts down to zero, allows user to start and stop the clock, and adjust the time on the clock o Worked with my professor to make the NBA shot clock project a lab for Fall 2019 onward by providing lab assignment and documented code, schematic, parts layout ZumoBot Battle April 2018
o Programmed an autonomous ZumoBot for competition by integrating IR Distance Sensor and Zumo Reflectance Sensor Array to know competitor’s position on the field and to strategically avoid collisions and received an A on the project
