An Engineer and accredited Resident Technical Officer with at least 8 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience for high- rise buildings in Singapore with and without basement.

Specialized in Civil and Structural, heavy foundations, mixed residential/commercial and industrial warehouse construction with an eye in architectural and M&E works. Develop drawings for Civil & Structural details for low rise residential establishments and Earth Retaining Stabilizing Structures in marine environment with deep excavation.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Civil Engineer / HGL Development Corporation (2018-01/2019)

●Supervise pile driving works for 220 square meters boiler machine room with 22 numbers of 450 x 450 x 220 centimeters length pre-stressed reinforced concrete precast piles in 3 days.

● Accomplished full cycle Industrial Warehouse with reinforced concrete foundations and columns with steel roof trusses in 1,300 square meters lot area with 12 meters high floor to ceiling height in 4 months.

●Design the Civil & Structural aspects of 4 units 2 levels in 60 square meters per lot area of reinforced concrete housing developments at soft soil conditions and utilize AutoCAD for issuance of construction drawings in accordance with governing codes and design criteria.

●Oversee the architectural and M&E works for construction of 8 units 2 levels in 288 square meters floor area of steel commercial structure with 68 external carparks and evaluate contractor progress billing on time.

●Attend site meeting, witness materials testing &

commissioning, submit progress reports, ensure project conformance with contract specifications and quality based on materials approval for all projects.

Marina Barrage “Superior Achievement Award 2009”.

●Assist the Geotechnical Design Engineer to develop AutoCAD drawings and structural plans for Earth Retaining Stabilizing Structures along 350 meters wide Marina Channel with cofferdam sheet pile walls 45 meters depth in marine condition with deep excavation.Formulate piling, excavation and backfilling work sequencing, draft emergency plans and instrumentation lay-out for QP (Geo) endorsement and submission to authorities.
