With The Company Statewide I am a Security Guard for several companies. One of the companies is Food4less. At Food4Less I secure the parking lot which holds several different other stores. I answer calls if they ask me for assistance I also involve the police and make reports. Another site I work is the Hyatt in Rosemont. At the Hyatt I secure their events that are held in their Grand banquet hall. Answer calls and do as instructed. Working the front desk of a residential building, giving access to the residents and guest of residents. Throughout the day we as Guards complete inside and outside rounds. Make reports as needed.

Being a security Guard we spend majority of time monitoring cameras which can show us the Main parts of the building. Also Patrol around the clock checking suspicious activity. As I start the Day I began by taking my place on the Tray Line is where all of our patient’s food is prepared. From the Tray Line Transition to a Tray Passer. As a tray passer, I deliver the food to the patients after I recognize who they are by two questions. Can you tell me your name please? And can you tell me your Birthday? As I am doing this I am making sure that I am helping the patient to the best of my ability. Make sure that everything is in reach and the patient has everything that he or she has asked for. With Housekeeping Duties includes cleaning varies rooms after patients are discharged. Disinfecting rooms with cleaning supplies given by the company. Also sweeping, wiping, mopping and dusting each room assigned to me. Being in the Call center department of the Hospital there was a specific duty that had to be met. That Duty was making sure the patient has everything that was requested. Answering all inbound calls as they come in from the patient’s room. From food request making sure what items they asked for were apart of their everyday diet plans. To medication, informing their doctors of medication that was requested. If everything is confirmed the food is delivered with the next tray passers route. Medication is delivered upon the doctor’s request and time.

As a server we have to be able to greet and maintain 3 tables or more and a appropriate time frame. We also have to Pre-buss those tables carrying trays with up to 50lbs of food including the weight from plates. As a bartender we have to make all alcoholic beverages for the servers and also serve the Bar Top. As a Host my job is to welcome our guest into our Home and make sure they are well entertained.
