•Conducting Tool Box Meeting, weekly safety walk, and preparation of daily report, site safety audit and follow up.

•Providing and conducting basic fire fighting and fire extinguishers familiarization training.

•Conduct and ensure monthly fire extinguishers inspection been carried out the report submitted.

•Preparation of safety committee meeting with the contractors.

•Ensure that all the activities in the plant area are performed in accordance with the company’s established safety standards.

•Prepare and submit weekly monthly safety statistics and accident/incident report.

•Ensure inspection of all electrical hand-held power tools and appliance being done every month and that include daily visual inspection.

•Conduct safety inspection to all the equipment including cranes, forklift etc.

•Perform and ensure gas testing has been done prior to work inside the confined space.

•Conduct job Safety Analysis for critical activities.

•Conducting Safety Trainings.

•Work closely with Maintance & Production supervisor to eliminate hazards reported through observation.

•Participate in the investigation of accidents, injuries and report all unsafe acts.
