Responsibilities as Quality Assurance Manager include Inspecting work done at Caltrax for quality and conformance to applicable codes and specifications required by governmental agencies and clients. Other responsibilities include record keeping of calibrations, training, NDT Inspections, conduction of internal audits and external audits by governmental and client agencies, document control etc.

Responsibilities as Building Maintenance include acting as liaison between Veritas and the building lease company, organizing carpet cleaning, sump cleanouts, overhead door maintenance, purchasing janitorial supplies for the site, repair and maintenance and upgrades of all areas, annual fire and sprinkler system inspections.

Responsibilities as Security System maintenance include programming and canceling security card access for all employees and visitor to the site, quarterly auditing and clean up of the security system, and repair and maintenance of the security system.
