Responsible for all Aruba wireless HW and SW testing and customer reporting.
Completed all test cycles on time and helped Aruba/Dell put out the best possible code update each cycle including all bug tracking which greatly reduced customer issues.
Released over 200 wireless builds and over 10 new products in a very short time frame which was more than double and lead to an average of $8 million in quarterly sales.
Built professional relationships with Aruba/HP which helped keep customer confidence and increase sales to a record quarter in 2017.
Continued being the sme for all Fibre Channel/FCoE and storage concerns.

Responsible for the entire regression test suite (all tests performed by over 20 engineers at one point) updating and modifying as needed.
Reviewed all Test Work Instructions from the government and made sure the test suite was compliant.
Managed all bug tracking and customer verification and test reports throughout the certification process.

Previous employment included going from a Test Tech to Manager of Certification in the Cable industry and managing large customer high dollar accounts such as Hot Mail for Sun Microsystems.
