If they already had AT&T or has a outstanding balance then were suppose to set them up with another provider or try to get someone else qualified. If they don’t have AT&T then we’re suppose to figure out what package is to their liking then set them up with either Internet, DirecTV, home or cellular phones. We also try to push and sell extra services like Total Tech support with Bestbuy, Hughesnet etc. We also get a vast majority of customer service calls.
Extremely high call volume environment.
Tools: A Desktop with two monitors, a work-provided headset, call logs, Cisco Finesse and multiple applications on the computer
Pay Rate: $12/hour or Commission
