ROLE: Independently researched and designed the grievance application with varied features. DESCRIPTION: This is an iphone mobile application used by citizen for the complaint purpose regarding cleaning issue, repair of roads, drainage problem etc. In this application Camera/Video function is provided to capture the damaged area and upload it with a description. As it is mobile application, complaint can be registered at any time, due to which time of citizen is saved and the lack of communication between citizen and government employee can be avoided.
