JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Prepare an Elemental Cost Plan for the various building works incorporating previous project experience and the level of construction complexity outlined by the design consultant(s) for each element of the project.
Present, discuss and agree the Elemental Cost Plan with the Developer and the Project Manager.
Update and revise the cost plan as necessary at each stage of the design and advise the project manager of all changes made during the updating process.
Prepare tender estimates for all contracts separately tendered by the Project Manager in relation to the development works
