• Answered phones, assisted managers in their day to day requirements if needed.
• Handled incoming/outgoing courier services, entered all incoming mail (invoices, cheques) into an access database.
• Entered employee timesheet information into JD Edwards database.
• Matched courier invoices with proper tracking numbers for accounts payable.
• Created several in-house "How to Guidelines" new phone system, (fill out form) for courier pickups, submit an Expense Claim and entering (invoices, cheques) into the company owned Access database.

Desktop Publishing for the Canadian Navy / Canadian Forces Technical Orders (CFTO’s) Development
• Developed unilingual manuals (1st and 2nd) from native file formats for submission to translation authorities for a dual column bilingual manual using DNDs AG-006 as a Guideline.
• Developed courseware for DND for the Standard Ship Maintenance and Repair Specification
(SSMRS) Template, and subsequently provided the classroom training.
• Provided guidance to the Victoria Submarine Class personnel on SSMRS template usage.
• Managed and coordinated the conversions of all Iroquois (IRO) Class, Protector (PTR) Class, and Halifax (HFX) Class SSMRS into the template (ongoing).

Project Manager General Dynamics LAV-APC Project (11-year project)
• Responsible for all the changes, updates, and revisions to the contract.
• Prepared all contract changes from Program Management Office (PMO) Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) and General Dynamics (GD).
• Supplied the requested changes to both parties for their approval which included the complete revisions of the full contract (several volumes, Articles A to Z) and prepared final approved contract in both CD and paper formats for both parties. Project Administrator C T133 (1-year project)
