• Answered phones, assisted managers in their day to day requirements if needed.

• Handled incoming/outgoing courier services, entered all incoming mail (invoices, cheques) into an access database.

• Developed courseware for DND for the Standard Ship Maintenance and Repair Specification

(SSMRS) Template, and subsequently provided the classroom training.

• Provided guidance to the Victoria Submarine Class personnel on SSMRS template usage.

• Managed and coordinated the conversions of all Iroquois (IRO) Class, Protector (PTR) Class, and Halifax (HFX) Class SSMRS into the template (ongoing).
