TITLE-Isolation and characterization of hypo-virulent factors from Fusarium species in Horticulture plants. PROJECT SUMMARY- Horticulture crops of economical importance have been taken in this project for analysis. Fungi infected horticulture samples were collected from different regions of Punjab. The fungus was isolated on PDA plates and Fusarium detected on the basis of morphological characters and on molecular level by amplification with ITS and TEF markers. RNA Isolation was done to detect mycovirus in infected samples.
