• Process improvement through implementing Lean Methodology at Final assembly area.

• Applied various lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), time and motion study

(MODAPTS), SIPOC, Ishikawa diagram, 5S and 5Why analysis to diminish the unwanted transportation and motion waste generated by material handlers.
