• I’ve over ten years in the technical field and nine plus years in the medical device industrial with experience in reliability and quality.
• I’ve been involved in all fields of developing and maintaining a new product / technology from production and quality control to CAPA to after sale service and maintenance to return product analysis.
• Education and experience in repairing, service, testing and analyzing medical devices.
• Expansive experience with lab environments and equipment I.E. Microscopes, mills, oscilloscopes, and X-Ray machine to list a few.
• Very strong mechanical and electronic skill (digital). In both manufacturing and analysis.
• Experience using engineering statistical tools/methods such as Minitab, Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies, Hypothesis testing, capability analysis, measurement systems analysis and other six sigma methods.
• Strong shop skills and proficient with soldering.
• I work well with few resources. If I don’t have all the knowledge I need at hand, I research. If the tools or equipment I need don’t exist, I make my own.
