ACADEMIC PROJECTS

·Flight status application : the Project entails the status of each airline which lands/take off out of Jfk. hence, it emphasis the causes of delays and tries to set a solution for it following the pattern of the flight which had a perfect trajectory.

·Bank Application : Aggregated DataSets, and ingested the data from excel then created a database in Mysql where all data were stored. then transferred the Dataset to hive using Sqoop. After the operation got accomplished, we used spark RDD to perform task on each dataset. The project had an upside which glorified the use of Spark in comparison to MapReduce because of it speed and performance.
