Offered position to revamp the MRO department and set-up a second MRO storeroom in major off-site campus expansion.

Revitalized the blocked parts program for a large biotech plant, reducing turnaround times from months to days by working closely with Procurement, Planning, Maintenance, Metrology, and Engineering to establish sustainable processes.

Increased inventory accuracy to over 95%.

Initiated real-time metrics accessible throughout the network.

Created dedicated MRB area, and reduced scrap and slow-moving inventory through working with different departments and sites to transfer or reuse stock instead of disposal.
