This is was my second time working here they offered me more money to go back and it was worth it till they sold the company.

The place was just way different after that and my Gm quit and another Manager quit, i was only back here for more than a year

and i was the last one to go and even i felt that was too long.

I loved this Job i was here for 4 years. knew all stations prep/dish/Gu/Expo/Fry/soufle/broil/flat top/grill

you pretty much do everything at this job being its bigger than fast food and everything pretty much fresh

and made from scratch cuz the less they ordered that was premade other than like ordering tomatoes and

making our own sauces they saved more money as a company. as far as managing same thing as a normal

restraunt or fast food, I mean inventorys are bigger, but deposit count money schedule everything else the

same thing just on a bigger scale another difference is other than droors the servers just paid in what it showed

they owed cuz the rest was theirs in tips the only people who had actual cash droors were Bartender and the

Carside togo person. thats another thing anyplace with alcohol has its own inventory all of its own n usually a

bar manager too the same way for fast food would order from Pepsi or CoCa-Cola. i did eventually leave i was offered

more money to go back to kfc so i did i was just looking for different opportunities

KFC- Assistant Manager

2012-2015

i worked here for a little over 3 years the first time. it was decent it was fast food, but

i like that did all eseential duties a manager does, Deposit,truck, inventory, count droors count safe.

i got offered more money at applebees so i went but i stayed here and did both for a little more

than a year cuz i liked both and the money was decent, i knew i wouldnt do both forever but i wouldve

stayed at both a little longer but in 2015 i had gullbladder surgery and i knew after that i could only work

1 job so i gave up kfc until i eventually got offered to come back
