Complete handling of IPQA activity from Dispensing of raw, packaging material to dispatch of finished Goods.

Monitoring and implementation of CGMP norms.

Participation in Programmeces like – Process Validation, cleaning validation.

Prepare process validation reports

Documentation related to Quality Assurance & GMP records.

Issuance of document like BMR, BPR and Monthly formats.

Review of documents like BMR, BPR, Sequential logs.

Review of Master Documents like BMR, BPR, and SOP.

Control over in-process checks.

To carry out Line clearance and IPQC testing are carried out as per laid down specification

To ensure collection of in process, intermediate and finished sample of the product being manufactured.

To ensure various operations are in compliance with SOP
