Duration and Position: Jr. Executive from September 2012 – December 2015 and Executive from January 2016-Present

Role: Workforce Manager (Talent Supply Chain)

Responsibilities:

Solely managing staffing for CIS Life Science, Banking & Financial Services, APAC & Insurance domains in various time frames with several appreciations.

Analyzing associate profiles corresponding to opportunities & competency mapping.

Interacting with associates in the pool, understanding their aspirations & placing them against matching opportunities.
