Assisted in fabrication of screw pipe and small bore stream piping. Cut and thread pipe to specifications using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders. Duties also included assembling and securing pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications by threading joints. Planned pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.

Pipefitter Helper Blue Water Contractors

1/2017 – 7/2017

Assisted in bullrigging large bore piping on coordinates and bolt up. Ability to read blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of material required. Selected pipe sizes, modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines, and equipment. Erect necessary scaffolding. Demonstrated safe work behavior and follow safety policies and procedures.
