RF Design Engineer
Prepared a comprehensive report for International status and their approached for incumbents on 5G Spectrum bands specifically Mid band spectrum to help to develop TELUS point of view for ISED consultations.
Worked on project for 5G compatibility studies and parameters and their approaches that could be of benefit in Canada.
Prepared a benchmark for Spectrum Fees around the world specifically for Mobile services.

Senior Engineer Spectrum Planning
Major Contribution to prepare a comprehensive National Frequency Allocation document called National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP), which includes the National Frequency Allocation Table (NFAT) as well as other important annexes and appendices.
Participated in the customized design, preparation and implementation of country’s first automated frequency management system named AFMS (Automated Frequency Management System).
Completed successfully Data Migration Project to transfer data from the Manual system to the automated frequency management system named AFMS (Automated Frequency Management System).
Conducted deep analysis to the outcomes of WRC-15 (fixed, mobile, satellite, broadcasting) to suggest way forward for the spectrum plan from strategy point of view.
Major role in preparation of Consultation document on future Spectrum demand in country in every 5 years.
Major contribution in preparing country’s 5 year spectrum outlook.
Worked with Policy and Economic Section to establish fees for all services offered by the Technical department.
Worked with RF Emission Measurement Tool provided by Narda to analyze and manipulate data to prepare relevant reports for Senior Management and Public.
Monitor and ensures compliance of NFAT with ITU-R Recommendations and ITU-T standards.
Examine the ITU-R BRIFICs and undertake necessary action.
Liaise with Telecom Bureau for the GCC and Neighboring Telecom Administration on matters related to frequency assignments, coordination and registration.
Deliver Quality management sign-off on all relevant Spectrum Management standards being followed in specified time intervals.
Conducts frequency assignments for Fixed services, Land mobile Services by employing spectrum engineering criteria and algorithm, scientific rules governing radio frequency propagation and spectrum analysis modules.
Examines the wireless networks and makes recommendations for enhancement of the networks coverage, networks interferences and frequency optimization.
Prepares and submit weekly/monthly statistics reports on different spectrum parameters like application received, no of frequencies assigned and no of licenses issued etc. for Section Manager Review.
Examine radio, wireless and telecoms equipment for approval and make recommendations.
Grants the necessary approvals and regulate the import and usages of radio, wireless and telecom terminal equipment for individual,private uses for closed user groups or commercial uses.
Issues Frequency Licenses for valid Frequency requests within specified period of receipt of request.
Process license/authorization/certification ready for collection by customers within specified period.
