Information Systems Security Manager

I was the Information Security Manager for the command. My duties included managing the computer information of the command. This included the day to day operation of all computer issues. I ran the Helpdesk and did all the desktop day to day support. This included desktop trouble shooting of hardware and software. I upgraded all software and hardware when needed. I supported the commands classified and non-classified computers. I supported the command network running Novell 3.12 and upgraded it to 4.11. I ran the MS Exchange email server. I maintained the anti-virus software on all devices using Norton Anti-Virus Software. I did all repairs on the servers, desktops and printers. I purchase all new hardware and software for the command. I was the single point of contact for any vendor related computer issues. I maintained a detailed report on any hardware or software related security issues. I came up with a Project plan to upgrade all 100 desktop computers/monitors for the command. I maintained a database of all the hardware and software the command had.
