• Independently performs complex tasks to support solid oral dose commercial manufacturing activities.
• Operates and maintains solid oral dose production equipment such as: fluid bed granulation, wet granulation, blending.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company procedures.
• Performs set-up operation, trouble shooting, dismantling, and clean a broad range of solid oral dose equipment.
• Monitor product and process parameters throughout the process and perform in-process sampling and/or testing as needed.
• Assist in quality improvement projects
• Provide on-the-job and procedural training to other Technicians
• Facilitate group training when required
