The purpose of this project was to show the possibilities of using IBM’s software to create a chatbot for Liberty University.

Our chatbot’s purpose was to replicate an after-hours customer service representative and answer and questions someone visiting Liberty’s website might have.

Using an agile work flow our timeline was two academic semesters between Fall 2018 – Spring 2019

Troubleshot issues with firewall and network security validation.
