In past 14 years at Marietta Memorial Hospital I have managed 100 + employees. I was the project manager of all physician office construction. I coordinated and planned all projects. From Budgeting to time lines. I over seen the contractors to make sure they were on task with the job time line and plan. I have also managed and over seen many other projects such as IT projects with the physicians. I am now in a role with Patient Access managing 100 employees, 7 locations, which includes process improvements, payroll, budgeting, planning, team work, coaching, peer management, policy writing and review. I over see many projects with the financial piece and making process better for the system as a whole financially and our patients. We work on lowering our denials and have by 15% in last year at the health system, which is my leading project I have worked on this year. I have administrative experience working with all administrators of the hospital, and making sure we meet our yearly goals as a department. I have many years of experience with patient access and the revenue cycle of health care. Knowledge of insurances, denials, registration, admissions, clinical, inpatient accounts. I have many training skills with customer service, and top-grade service skills towards patients.
