Responsibilities as a H.R MANAGER.(Admin,Sales and Corporate Unit)

To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.

Prepare information and input for the salary budgets. Ensure compliance to the approved salary budget; give focus on pay for performance and salary benchmarks where available also salary adjustments, promotions. Increments of all staff.

Develop the Sales by Training and Development.

Maintain the Balanced scorecard, Standard Target label, all type of Expenses. Incentive scheme, Zonal, Area and Territory Allocations. All types of Report.

Develop the Performance Management. Staff Induction. Reward and Recognition. Staff Retention Management / Mapping. Compensation / Benefit programs.

To facilitate / support the development of the Team members .To facilitate development of staff with special focus on Line Management. Administer all employee benefit programs with conjunction with the Finance and Administration department.

Draw the new recruitment / conducting Interviews for monthly basis.

Maintain Employee Database and employee files / accurate personnel records.

Monthly Payroll, Statutory (PF/ESI/P.Tax etc) Processing.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES as a HR and IR - HEAD OF THE FACTORY

1.To create an optimum balance of harmony between the management & staff. 2. To strive and achieve a state of good employee morale. 3. To lend support in maintaining a good standard of discipline in the factory. 4. To ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the factory. 5. To keep the management informed about all relevant events and provide information through regular MIS. 8. To represent the management on statutory matters relating to applicable Labour Laws before the concerned authorities as and when required. 9. A.

One of such project, headed by me is the project work of W.B.S.E.D.C.L.’s (West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited) call center and customer care service. My role is to handle the above mentioned project as a HR-Executive and Project Coordinator. My specific job profiles are as follows:

1. Worked closely with Regional HR to restructure organization by strategic HR management.2. Managing the manpower of the organization by recruiting and staffing.3.
