Qualifications Summary
Compassionate registered nurse with 15-year experience in the management of patients. Skilled in the provision of holistic and exceptional care to individuals from different cultural backgrounds. A good communicator with interpersonal skills to make an effective healthcare management team. Further, I am a loyal and collaborative team player in regard to the care of patients. During these 15 years as a registered nurse, I’ve worked 9 years in the ER, 1 year in Cath Lab Recovery, 4 years in Telemetry/Diabetic/ Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Critical Care float pool. I also worked with Cerner, Meditech and Mckesson Electronic Medical Systems. I have solidified my skills in care provision, especially in meeting patient needs in a holistic manner and fostering the achievement of desired patient outcomes. I acknowledge the fact that nursing care requires multiple skills and competence in clinical roles, decision-making, organization, prioritization of care and effective communication skills that I have worked very hard to deeply entrench them in my roles and practice as a nurse. Moreover, I have worked in several community health and outreach programs that have helped me to gain knowledge in health promotion and to serve the community as a client for nursing care. I hope to bring this expertise into your practice and help in reaching greater heights of success and at the same time use the opportunity to further advance my skills and knowledge as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. I am thankful for considering my qualifications and look forward to discussing my employment as an ARNP in a prestigious location.
