RECENT EXPERIENCE

2017-Present Security Specialist Mitigation Consultant for Fluor FGG- Operation Power Restoration; Puerto Rico. Responsible for the security, accountability and wellbeing of three thousand 3,000 assigned Fluor, Federal Government Group, (FGG) personnel. Coordinated traffic management and maintained equipment and material storage areas secure and free of vandalism and thievery. Conduct Vulnerability Assessments, advice Fluor upper management on area selections and proper security procedure’s. Liaised between Fluor and Puerto Rico’s towns mayor for property storage management.

2015-2017 Risk Managements and Fraud Security Operations Consultant, KOHL’S Cooperate

Dallas Texas. Responsible for the risk assessment of customer’s financial management. Conducts daily interviews, advised employees and customers on innovated courses of action to improve credit resources. Responsible for security operations of two corporate structures with a capacity of 500 employees on a daily basis. Supervises daily assessments of security and accountable for structural physical security. Responsible for emergency drills and after action’s reports to KOHLS Corporate management.

2013-2015 Access Control Supervisor US. Embassy Baghdad Iraq and Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center ( BDSC) . Supervised all entry control transactions supported for the State Department of Mission Iraq. Monitored all entry control systems and common access centers (C.A.C) methods. Responsible for the movement of all assigned P.A.E employees through Iraq.
