I provide the clinical expertise and education to healthcare systems on the nuances of the ZOE Fluid Status Monitor in the management of the CHF patient. Further I provide both Webinars and the “hands on”, on-site, clinical training and education of healthcare professionals. This is in an effort to decrease re-admissions in the CHF patient, improving cost, outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsible for Education, Preventive Screening, Identifying any Social and/or Medical needs requiring F/U by PCP, Surgeon, Cardiologist, etc.
This is in an effort to prevent unnecessary ED visits or re-admissions to the hospital. It also serves as a safety net, identifying any potential issues, i.e. wound infections, carotid bruits, complications of diabetes, PVD, etc. I contact the appropriate clinician with any concerns to arrange F/U.
