1. Worked With : Conneqt Business Solution Limited (Formally Tata business solution Limited)
Position Title : Customer Service Associate (Grade 1A)
Location : Thane
Department : Operations
Total Duration : 16 months (From 25th November 2016 - 03rd April 2018).
Got the opportunity to work with this company as a Customer Service Associate(CSA) for YES BANK Process.
The process was related to outbound calling of sales to sell Credit Cards for YES BANK.
We generates leads and use to send it on the field via email.
Need to take followup with the field team to check whether the lead is converted or not and if there is any issue get it solved by speaking to customer and the field team.
After that I was moved to YES BANK-CREDIT CARD-CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGEMENT.
In this process, the products were EMI Conversion, Yes Pay Now (auto debit facility of utility bills), Card protection Plan.
We call the customers and convert transaction in to EMI of 2500 rs and above.
In process we also solve customer Problem related to the credit card by forwarding it to the back end team.
I have also worked as an acting team leader in absence of my Team leader.

Got an opportunity to work with Hindustan Unilever Limited which is Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMGC) company.
In this process we answer consumer email Regarding product query, feedback or complaints for all products.
Also, I have handled chat for Lakme, Knorr and LUX and inbound calls regarding consumer query, feedback or complaints for all products.
