1)GARDEN SILK MILLS LIMITED - CONTINUOUS POLYMERIZATION DIVISION, JOLWA .

Product: - Polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

Department: - Continuous Polymerisation Plant. (CP-1/2).

Designation: - Process Engineer (shift incharge).

It is 700 TPD continuous processing Polyester plant using DuPont technology and also having direct spinning of 265 TPD POY.

Total Experience:- 5 yrs 8 months ( From 13th december,2012 To Till Date)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Responsible for achievement of the daily production plan by ensuring optimal utilization of all resources that include manpower, machinery and raw materials

Exposure to Jet Ejector system as well as Vacuum pumps.

Controls of process parameters through DCS, Yokogawa make Centum CS 3000 system.

Handling of problems like power failure, Slurry mix agitator failure, etc.

Handling EG-Water distillation column and organic stripping column.

Having experience with different kind of Heat Exchangers like Shell and Tube heat Exchanger, Plate type Heat Exchanger, Coolers, and Evaporators etc.

Involved in doing daily schedule jobs to prevent sudden breakdowns

Plants comes under my supervision are PTA storage and conveying, Tank farm, Dow-Therm

Heaters, 2 Polymerization plants, Chips bagging area.
