Provide BOM/Build support (Primary activity): Provide detailed BOM for manufacturing .Have supported and managed multiple tool builds in USA providing smooth assembly instructions and shipments ensuring on time delivery

MLO-Complete class 3 Review of all the kits used in a tool, involving creating of flexible components and fixing all BOM and interference issues found in each kit. Setting up of Master model including System configuration. Assembling the mainframe and factory interface and then docking the chambers in required locations. A complete system in CAD environment matching each part being build and assembled is present in the master Model. Assisting Virtual Builds and aiding in use of multiple configurations.

Mainframe Input/output control box Redesign- Redesigned the entire layout of the I/O box due to Guide rail and slider Obsolescence, replacement parts were not drop in replacements,the entire Box layout was changed to accommodate new rails ensuring all boards and electric functions remained functional with new design.

Dual Monitor Factory Interface-Redesigned a dual monitor factory interface to accommodate new monitors with increase screen size and various specifications based on customer requirement. Concept designed new brackets and bezels to ensure proper fit and function of both monitors.
