·Developed discrete Power Transistor with Qorvo’s GaN Technology and implemented input and output prematch to achieve Doherty friendly input and load impedance.
·Designed High Power Asymmetric Doherty Amplifier for Cellular Base Station Applications, and achieved high PAR, back off efficiency, and compact design.
·Extracted package parasitic with EM simulator to build accurate device model.
·Designed integrated capacitor as part of the input match to control input resonance frequency.
POWER AMPLIFIER DESIGN ENGINEER CO-OP SKYWORKS INC. JAN. 2018 - JUN. 2018
·Cooperated with PA Design team in the successful development of cellular base station PA.
·Optimized input and output RF match and biasing components on the MCM to meet requirements for return loss, gain flatness, and ACPR.
·Balanced ACPR of a wideband Power Amplifier by implementing a low-impedance bias circuit.
·Characterized and evaluated power amplifiers and performed digital pre-distortion.

·An inductorless direct down-conversion receiver with a noise canceling LNA, a passive mixer, and a LO divider at 2.15 GHz to achieve low noise and high linearity.
·A highly linear LNA at 2.15 GHz with NF less than 1dB.
·Class A, B, E, and differential power amplifiers design using ADS to meet power, gain, linearity, and efficiency requirements.
ANALOG IC DESIGN PROJECTS OCT. 2016 - DEC. 2017
·Designed an ECG by employing a low-power low-noise CMOS amplifier.
·Analyzed gain, phase margin, common-mode feedback, and slew rate of Differential-Input Non-Differential Output Op-Amp, 2-Stage Op-Amp, and Switch-Capacitor Circuits.
