sr. field research manager 2006 – 2018

●Researched and established a UAV (Drone) program for aerial video purposes. Expedited FAA Part 107 certification and trained via UAV Experts -- entire department went thru this program and passed certification. Wrote manual, coordinated with IT and Legal departments for a prosperous product launch. The department now has the largest fleet of UAV’s in the country.

●Ongoing objective of analyzing new technologies to better the department and company. Once I found the technology, I learned the technology and then wrote SOP’s for the department and then lastly trained the staff.

●Using Sharepoint, developed new process for employee quality control to ensure the highest quality possible

●Created maps in GIS software to show potential clients what our product will look like in new markets and track progress of team.

●Equipped a 2015 Cessna Grand Caravan EX with a Red Epic Dragon 6K camera on a General Dynamics Cineflex Ultra Gimbal and a Churchill Navigation ARS mapping system to fly US and Canadian markets in search of new under construction properties. Developed a pipeline system to get the data identified by the plane to our In-House team for product integration.
