Perform test diagnostics to repair / rework, replace or upgrade Kontron Mobile Rugged Computing products in accordance with ICS Advent customer service policies and procedures. These computer products include PCs, laptops, displays, workstations, related peripherals, CPUs and other printed circuit assemblies.

Provide customer support on computer chassis, peripherals and commodities with respect to cabling, wiring, electro-mechanical assemblies and relatively non-complex products.
